I don't know if anybody watches this community anymore, but if you do, and you were looking for a real live sealed official copy of "Man With Gun Kills Three" this may be your last chance. It's this crazy expensive auction up on ebay right now. It's $51.00 bucks right now with days to go.

Ok...maybe I'm seeing things...
But I was flipping through a recent Rolling Stone and saw this ad for Target:

Does that look like Mark to anyone else? Or a Mark/Jared Leto love child?

It just struck me as funny, especially with his Myspace picture and all . :o)

Lighting is My Girl
Hey, so what's up with Loudermilk/Gosling now? Are they touring yet? From what I knew before there wasn't going to be an album soon which makes me sad. :( At least they're still together right? If anybody knows what they're currently doing or what they'll be doing in the future can you let me know? Thanks.
wow I sound like a bloody stalker!

Hey, I posted this in my journal, but I'll put it here in case you guys didn't see it. This is Mark's explanation of the name change. I hope it helps. =)

gltt*****87: do you mind if i ask about why you changed the band's name? i don't understand it too well

Ah******00: there was so much turmoil and emotional baggage that went along with loudermilk that we had to just get rid of it. when you're in a band for 9 years...especially with 4 control freaks like all of us just get at eachother

Ah******00: and we needed to put all of that behind us because we were all starting to wonder if we wanted to play music anymore.

Ah******00: and we loudermilk. we wanted to be in a new band.

gltt*****87: i see

gltt*****87: i'm glad that you're moving on, even if you're something new. i don't know what i would do if you stopped making music, or touring... it would be disheartening to say the least

Ah******00: plus it will help our situation because now we're not the band that got dropped from 2 major labels, we're just gosling...the guys that used to be in another band, bu started over and got rid of all the ego from before

gltt*****87: yeah, that makes sense... thank you

Please spread the word. Thanks everyone!!

Sorry for posting this here, I know that the guys are friends with Loudermilk Gosling though. So, there ya go. =)

As a Tri-Cities Loudermilk fan I'm still feeling heavy shock and confusion and sadness at the whole switch thing going on.

Any other tri-cities people here? How do you feel about it?

I'm not sure if anyone here is from the 3 cities.. just curious how you all feel if there's any of you at all.. I definitely have strong feelings about it.

Straight from Mark
Here's an e-mail from Mark. I hope it clears some things up.

hey natalie....yes there have been many issues with the band and label, and alot of things are up in the air right now.
as of january, loudermilk was no longer on the dreamworks roster and none of us have really known what to tell our fans, since we've had no management since september and the whens and wheres of making a new record were changing on a weekly basis...we've kind of just let our connection with the rest of the world wain for a while so we could write as much as possible. at the beginning of march we decided to start over as a band, change the name, start with a new slate of songs, and basically leave loudermilk in the past...there was far too much baggage that went along with that name--political and much that most of you will never ever know and that's for the best. Gosling still consists of Shane, Davey, Isaac and myself, we've just opted to start over from the point that we began writing for the next record. we are in the process of putting together an E.P. and are in discussions with a few different independant record labels to release it. also the killloudermilk website will be linked to the new gosling website in the near future. i hope that our lack of communication hasn't ruined your (or anyone else's) faith in our abilities to write good music. feel free to share this
information with whomever you wish.

all the best.

Whats new
I'm sure people already have gone over this multiple times, but I'm a newbie in here so go easy on me, lol. What is up with Loudermilk? Are they done, gone, no more? I saw that they were on Dreamworks roster of bands still, but I'm praying to gawd they didn't break up. Anyone know anything?
